Fall Colors

Outside my home office window the trees are dressed in the finest of Autumn's colors, orange, red, yellow, purple, green and of course brown. What's that saying? "Brown and down?" Yes, that's right.

There's no better place to be than in the mountains of Western Carolina this time of year. Unless you're a polar bear, or a sea turtle....

Sometimes we take things a little too seriously, don't 'cha know. This real estate market is serious business, but while the whole nation cries for business, those of us in Western Carolina know a secret and that is this: This is a great time to buy. There are numerous properties on the market, the interest rates are still reasonable, and loans are available. Shuuush. While things have slowed down, maybe (some say) getting back to normal, property is still selling.
