If you're still working with Windows XP I've got a deal for you, it's a picture resizer and it's from Microsoft. Besides that there are a whole bunch of tools available. See Power Toys for Windows. I downloaded it, no problems. When I right click on a photo I have a resize option. How cool is that?Vista users, well, we're not going to leave you out. You can Resize photos in Windows Live Photo Gallery. It makes changing the sizes of your pictures, quick & easy.

Please note: Never resize your original photo. Make a copy, save the original, and work with the copy.
