Olivier Blanchard Basics Of Social Media Roi
I started futzing around with social media months ago, with no clear purpose except to learn how to use Blogger and Facebook, LinkedIn and Wordpress. Then I made a sale directly from facebook, then another, then a referral, then another. Mistake? Not hardly. We're still people, no matter the technology, we prefer to do business with people we know or think we know. Go figure.
